Propafill is a product composed of fully-recyclable corrugated cardboard that, thanks to its folding honeycomb structure, easily fits between platforms so as to keep them separate and stable during transportation.
Propafill is the environmentally-friendly, practical and economical solution to the problem of loads that collapse during transport due to sudden braking or accelerations, very sharp turns and other unforeseen events owing to the traffic. Indeed, in such situations, stresses on an unstable load can cause a sort of “domino effect”, as shown below.
Collapsed loads are increasingly rejected upon reaching their destination, especially when it comes to automated Distribution Centres.
This generates costs for the supplier company both in terms of a new shipment and reconditioning the crushed load, along with being a major inconvenience for the customer company due to a lack of stock caused by the failure to accept the ordered goods.
To overcome all of these problems, amongst the infinite solutions that we study to protect goods on the go, we present Propafill, an innovative and practical product specifically designed to fulfil our customers' needs.
