Processing method
Personal data processing takes place using manual, computerised and telematic tools with logic strictly related to the purpose and for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. Furthermore, processing takes place in such a way to guarantee the safety and confidentiality of the data in compliance with the Code. The interested party's rights
By contacting the owner of processing's Privacy Service, the parties to which the personal data refer have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of the same data and know its content and origin, checking its precision or ask for its integration or updating, or correction (article 7 of the Personal data protection code). Pursuant to the same article, the right is granted to ask for deletion, transformation in anonymous form or blockage of the data processed in breach of law, as well as opposing in any case, for legitimate reasons, their processing.
Browser data
The information systems and software procedures proposed to work on this website acquire, during normal business, certain personal data whose transmission is implied in the use of internet communication protocol. This is information not collected for association with identified parties and does not enable identification of the users. These data are only used to obtain anonymous statistical information on use of the site and to check it is working properly (see Cookie Information). The data can be used by the competent authorities to ascertain liability in the event of alleged IT crimes to the detriment of the site.
